does the mem chip really say -4.3ns?
They have the last three digits of 43B, which designates 4.3ns chips. The one thing to note is that these chips love voltage. They have 2.7v label on them and I was using 2.8vdimm to get some of the more aggressive timings.

There is a review here.

I did not put any ram sinks on them and they never got hot. They don't seem to need them with
this new design process.

thanks for the review link
seems like the 4.3 chip doesn't like aggressive timing...have u try those settings yet? to verify the finding with the reviews...but at 504ddr...dats impressive...

Super

Look at the original thread post results, I added TwinMos to them.
The best timings that I could get @ DDR466 and up was 2.5-3-3-7.
I tried every combination imaginable.
I did get better when dropped to DDR432 (5:4) but that was also the best.

Reference the Sandra and PCMark2002 and note that as I stated in the
review link post above that I used 2.8vdimm, actually I think it shows 2.85vdimm
to be exact.
