DDR433 voltage setting?

I have a stick of Geil 512mb ddr433. Can somebody tell me what the correct/stable dram voltage setting should be if the memory is running above 400+? Thanks.

I have this mem also and if I remember correctly, the voltage can go up to 3v. Now if only my mobo supports that I can get my 3ghz 🙁
