DDR400 only running at 166mhz, not 200mhz

My RAM is only running at 166 MHz when it should run at 200Mhz. Why is this? I have an ASUS A8R-MVP motherboard running an FX-60.

All the timings are the same and at stock. They should be running at stock voltage, as well

Some older s939 mobos had some problems running DDR PC3200 @400MHz if 4 sticks of RAM were used, if memory serves me right.

you should be able to manually set the SPD to 200
