DDR400 in a up to DDR333 supported mobo

Well I have been looking at ram for a couple days and there are some consair memory sticks I want to get. But there PC3200.

Since it supports up to DDR333 will it still work? I am going to upgrade my mobo at the end of september but till then this is what I got!

Yes it will just underclock itself in which case tighten the timing as much as possible.

i have no experience with either of those specific types of memory, but note that the corsair is cas2.5 whereas the kvr is cas3...thats a noticeable difference in memory performance.

Corsair hands down. Corsair makes much better memory than Kingston. Also OCs better.
