DDR400 CL 3.0 lead over DDR333 CL 2.5

Hey fellas!
I was wondering what kind of performance gain I can expect from a move to kingston value DDR 400 CL 3.0 (currently using 333). I am planning to put it in an Asus P4P800 along with a 2.4C and also plan on enabling Hyper Path (Asus's PAT). I hope there are no issues with Kingston and this motherboard. I heard PAT cant be enabled on anything other than a 1:1 ratio between memory and FSB, is this true?
And while we are at it, how much does agressive timing such as 2 2 2 5 affect performance over the value modules?

Thanx in advance.

You should see a significant improvement using DDR400 ram w/ your P4-2.4C. You should be using 2 (or 4) DIMMs to take advantage of Dual Channel. I don't have numbers to give you, and I don't know what "PAT" is. Kingston Value Ram is a good low cost, low performing ram. It's probably very similar to other Value modules. If you can get it to run at 2 2 2 5, then you'll see a significant improvement. The best way to tell is to download a benchmarking program like SiSoftware Sandra, and then you can compare.
