I've used quite a few different companies over the years. G.Skill, Geil, Corsair, Crucial OCZ, mushkin, etc etc etc.......I've had several failures with crucial (I've used them since sdram days), however they always had top notch customer service and replaced the sticks promptly. If the stick was part of a dual channel, they made sure to match the stick to the same batch/week as the others. I'd say that is the big thing to worry about, not the failure rate....but how well do they handle replacing things when a failure does happen.
