DDR3 Memory for an ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO

I plan on using this board in an HTPC setup and was thinking about getting a couple of sticks of this Crucial memory: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) I'm not planning on overclocking it so is this sufficient?
