DDR3 memory and CPU fan recommendations for P5E3 Premium/Q9550

Hi all! I am building a system around a P5E3 Premium + Q9550 in an Antechttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antec 900 case.

Not planning to overclock at the moment.

I know that the board can be a bit finicky, so anyone have recommendations on what DDR3http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR3_SDRAM -1600 memory I should use (4GB total)?

Also, what CPUhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_processing_unit fan are people recommending?
