DDR3 4x2 GB kit: 1333 MHz CAS9 1.5V or 1600 MHz CAS8 1.65V?

Hi

I've been forced to choose another 8 GB RAM kit than the OCZ 1333 MHz CAS7 1.65V I had ordered for my ASUS P7H55D-M Evo MB.

The only real sensible choices when factoring in the cost are a 1333 MHz CAS9 1.5V kit or a 1600 MHz CAS8 1.65V kit - the 1600 MHz kit being what amounts to ~$40 more expensive.

I've read several times that RAM timings don't matter all that much unless you have rather special requirements, overclock (or want the bragging rights), but on the other hand I feel that Cas9 is rather high.
So what should I choose? Can I expect to run the 1.5V kit at timings comparable to the 1.65V kit if I up the the voltage to 1.65V?

Thanks in advance

its true timings are generally meaningless w/ ddr3 & even ddr2 for general use. but if u're gonna overclock u should consider the tighter timings for a higher ceiling, otherwise dont even worry about it (if u dont know what im referring to in "higher ceiling", then double dont worry about it!).
