This is my first build and I am looking for some decent memory speeds. I do not plan on overclocking anytime soon.
Part Picker's Compatibility notes found this issue
"The G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

My build can be found here
CPU:Intel i7-4790k ($259.99 @ Micro Center)
MoBo: MSI z97s Sli Krait Edition ($99.99-$20bundle-$15Rebate=$65 @ Micro Center)
Memory:G.Skill Sniper Series 16gb(2x8gb) DDR3-2400 ($66.99 @Newegg)
SSD : Crucial BX100 250gb ($79.99 @ Micro Center)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H24 ATX ($39.99-%20Promo-$10rebate=$22 @ Newegg)
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600w 80+ Gold (74.99-%20promo-$20Rebate=$40)
GPU: ?? budget of $250

Build total: $535+GPU+tax
Still worried about finishing my build before I pick a GPU.

Much Appreciated.

The warning is technically correct, but I don't think it has ever caused any problems.

I would not worry about it.

You may have to manually set the DRAM voltage to 1.65V, but probably you won't even have to do that.
