DDR3 1600/9-9-9-24 or DDR3 2133/11-11-11-30?

1600 is $95. 2133 is $100. Both G.Skill, both from Newegg.

I assume the 2133 could run at or around 1600/9-9-9-24 if I wanted.

Can SB's memory controller support 2133?

Yes it supports 2133, but anything over 1600 is pretty useless. I'd choose this low voltage stuff, $85 after promo.
