DDR200 at DDR400?

I posted a thread a couple days ago asking if my samsung memory could do 133mhz since its only rated at 100mhz. The other day at Best buy i picked up two sticks of PNY DDR memory. THey were both samsung chips on samsung pcb. The exact model number is K4H560838C-TCA0

ON tuesday of this week i received my new abit-BG7 in the mail completeing my new p4 setup. I have been testing it since then using one stick of 256 samsung ddr200 memory. As of now I have been able to get up to DDR400 with this memory at 2.6V using a 4:5 ratio. My fsb is at 160 so that makes my 1.6A @ 2.57ghz.

Later on in the week i am going to test my crucial 256mb stick to see how high it can go and the other stick of samsung I have.
So far i have tested this setting with a round of 3dmarks. Later i will do other stablity test to make sure its 100% stable at this speed.



If anybody sees this memory at BB or anywhere else buy it!

So basicly it seems to me as if I got two sticks of samsung DDR333 for $30 each🙂
 
wow...congrats...but the images are really tiny...i can barely read your writings on the image...so i definitely can't really what the scores are....
 
Very nice! 3000 mem scores :Q I'm a little skeptical that you are really using 100mhz sticks and getting that great an overclock but I'll reserve judgment and just be impressed for now 😉

At first i thought i was got ripped off but since my abit came in I know this stuff is worth its weight in gold.

Oh yeah since i first posted this up I have been stress testing this setup and its 100% stable so far. After 15 3dmark2001 loops and 3 hours of prime 95 plus a couple loops of sandra burn in thrown in for good meaure.

Pretty impressive results. However I'm skeptical to it being a downclocked part. Maybe they just messed up your order and sent you the wrong stuff? Can anyone tell by the model number?
 
Buddy they didnt send me anything i picked it up at best buy and Other people with the same ram and serial number are getting insane overlcocks too. I heard others get to DDR350 and many get to DDR333 at cas 2!
