DDR2 Voltages

I'm new to overclocking with DDR2, what's the maximum voltage I should take these too without any chance of them burning up, they're stock 1.9 so like 2.3 maybe?

What kind of cooling on them?

Good heatspreaders, airflow from a fan in the case.

If you've got a fan blasting at them, 2.4v should be fine. Personally, I would keep them at 2.2V for normal use.
