DDR2 speeds, Gigabyte GA-P965-DS3, and e6300 core 2 duo

What do you guys recommend I get for a DDR2 speed rating for a E6300 Core 2 Dou for Gigabyte GA-P965-DS3 for some high overclocks? I want to hit 3ghz+. Are there ram dividers like AMD? Will pc2-5400 667 cut the mustard?

Yes, there are memory ratios. Don't think DS3 has downward ratios, so you're gonna need something above DDR2-800 for 3GHz
