I was a little confused about DDR2 RAM Ratios and FSB settings but I think I figured it out today. Can some one tell me if the settings below I came up with are correct. I'm trying to find the optimal settings for both 1066 & 1333 FSB settings. I'm planning on getting some Corsair PC-8500 DDR2 (2x1GB) & I came up with the following settings/ratios for the BIOS.

1066 MHz FSB

533 * 2 = 1066 Memory Speed = 1:1

667 * 2 = 1334 Memory Speed = 1:1.25

800 * 2 = 1600 Memory Speed = 1:1.5 (4-4-4-12)

1066 * 2 = 2132 Memory Speed = 1:2 (5-5-5-15)

1333 MHz FSB

667 * 2 = 1334 Memory Speed = 1:1

800 * 2 = 1600 Memory Speed = 1:1.2 (4-4-4-12)

1066 * 2 = 2132 Memory Speed = 1:1.5 (5-5-5-15)

Would these settings be correct in say something like a ABIT IP35-Pro board? (Dual Channel Mode).

No, those aren't correct at all. Here's how it works:

1066 MHz FSB processor

266 Mhz FSB = 266 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 533 with the 1:1 memory multiplier

266 Mhz FSB = 333 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 667 with the 1:1.25 memory multiplier

266 Mhz FSB = 400 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 800 with the 1:1.5 memory multiplier

266 Mhz FSB = 533 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 1066 with the 1:2 memory multiplier

1333 MHz FSB

333 Mhz FSB = 333 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 667 with the 1:1 memory multiplier

333 Mhz FSB = 400 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 800 with the 1:1.2 memory multiplier

333 Mhz FSB = 500 Mhz Memory Speed/DDR2 1000 with the 1:1.5 memory multiplier

Ok, thanks. I had the right multipliers but I didn't write the numbers correctly. Thanks for the clarification.
