DDR2 price...stable or going back up?

While I'm planning on buying 95% of my build parts in a few months, I'm starting to wonder if I should buy the 4gigs (2x2) of DDR2 800 ram now in case it goes back up in price.

Is there any info or indictation that it will go back up in price anytime soon?

I heard from multiple reliable sources that DDR2 prices are expected to go up considerably. No idea when exactly.

TWIN2X2048-6400C4 cost me 104 euros ~5 days ago. Yesterday they were priced 112 euros...today 99 euros. If you would choose the 5-5-5 timing version, some 89 euros.

(not euros really, calced Swedish price / 10 to get close to euros worth)
