DDR2 for P5W-DH + E6600

Hi

I need a 2GB kit of DDR2 for my system: Asus P5W-DH Deluxe + E6600.
I want to do some OC, maybe to 3.0Ghz...

What is the best solution, DDR2-667 or DDR2-800?
 
Since you are going to overclock, you should go with DDR2-800 for sure, or even higher if u can afford it. The Crucials are very good ones, as they are D9's. The only ram I can recommend you not to get is OCZ for that board. I had that board and had OCZ problems and I just had random BSODs.
