DDR2 for ASUS M2N-e question

I am looking for a pair of budget sticks. I came across this deal at outpost.com for the OCZ gold:

and I was also considering the GSKILL from newegg:

I will not be doing any overclocking but I do want to make sure these will be compatible with the Asus M2N-E. Also if you think there is better memory suited for this board please let me know. I will be running an X23800 but like I said no overclocking.

I just finished building a system with the M2N-E & a 4200+ for a friend, using the Corsair CM2X1024-6400 XMS 2GB kit & its been completely stable ... considering the many memory-related problems I've read from others here on AT using this board I'd say play it safe for now & go with RAM you know will work.
