ddr2/ddr3 mobos

"in the same slot", there are none. However, there are mobos that support both ddr2 and ddr3 with separate slots.
Keep in mind its not like you can mix and match the memory together.
 
I know ASRock has a few and Gigabytes P35C (I think that's the name, no time to check now) has DDR2/DDR3 support. Like oeuf said though, not in the same slot.
