ddr2-667 or ddr2-533 ?

i well be buying RAM for my new rig ,i have decided to go with value ram ,so please can you tell me which valueRAM(DDR2-667 or DDR2-533) should provide better gaming performance and overclocking(little bit) ? in my country we have got only one brand to buy and thats kingston , ddr2-533 is a little cheaper but not that much expenisve at all ,and also it got good comments from anandtech's article about core duo building guide but theres none i have heard about the ddr2-667 version .

If you aren't planning to overclock, getting the 533 would make sense.

If you are, then certainly the 667.

Well, you mention Core 2 Duo.
DDR2-533 is the default 1:1 speed.
DDR2-667 would allow at least up to a 333 FSB, which on an E6400, for example, is 2.666 GHz, instead of default 2.1333 GHz.

So it allows for some decent light OCing, whereas DDR2-533 doesn't really allow for any OCing, unless you were to run a divider than 1:1, which = poor performance.
