I'd go for the Ballistix. Guaranteed Micron D9.

BUT

To be honest you really only need the cheapest deal you can get on DDR2-800 to go with the E6600 - it has a 9x multiplier so you could be hitting 3.6GHz before having to push the RAM, so really you only need some basic 800.
