ddr2-533 cl4 vs ddr2-667 cl5 ?

The store ran out of ddr2-667 cl5 but they have ddr2-533 cl4 and I wonder if will perform the same or perhaps be able to simply overclock to the same levels as the 667 memory.

10.8 gigs vs 8.4 is about 2.4 gigs lost in theory but what about real world ?

Really kinda depends on what CPU you have and what your primary uses are.

But to answer your question ..........Most Cl 3 522 can reach 667 @ Cl 4 with a little tweaking..
1Gb may be fine for you but most prefer 2Gb ......but again t depends on what you are doing.

It would be a Athlon 64 x2 3800 with overclocking in mind. Also it would be two 1 GB sticks.
