ddr2-1066

In my search for ram, ASUS OVL list for RAM does not list ddr2-1066. I searched by mobo at crucial and corsair, they both recommends ddr2-1066 for my mobo striker extreme. Can't get help from ASUS on this.

i dont understand what your question is. i just saw a bunch of facts. unless your overclocking, the 1066 is going to just be fancy ram you will run at a tighter timing at ddr2-800. if your overclocking, the ram that supports 1066 would be very nice. ddr2-1066 was never given standardized specs by jedec, only ddr2-400 -> ddr2-800 exist. its like ddr500. great if your overclocking since you dont have to lower the ram speed.
