Just a quick question. I'm thinking of getting a 3800+ EE variant with a Socket AM2 motherboard next week after the price cuts, but my current system's ram is DDR 400 Corsair Value Ram. (2x512mb dimms) Will DDR1 ram work just as well with a AM2 sytem as it has with 939? Or does it have to have DDR2 ram? That could be a deal breaker. Advice would be appreciated as Ram really isn't my area.

Socket AM2 *requires* DDR2 RAM. It's not determined by the motherboard, but by the processor. This is because, for AMD, the RAM is controlled by the processor, not the motherboard (Intel motherboards control RAM).
