DDR with Pentiums? (e.g. AOpen AX37)

I was browsing AOpen's website and found they have a DDR based PENTIUM mobo called the AX37 (using some Via chipset)

Does anyone know anything about these, like are there any benchmarks showing if a DDR-Pentium beats an 815-Pentium board?

Also, when will they be available for purchase?
