A pretty nice boost right now - great considering the prices are nearly the same at www.crucial.com

I would go DDR right now over PC133. You wont see DRASTIC differences, but coupled with a nice t-bird, it will smoke everything else. :D

From what I've seen, DDR motherboards don't outperform KT133A (with 266mhz bus) by a lot. The biggest improvement, from what I understand, come from the 266mhz bus, up from the 200mhz bus.

But DDR memory and motherboards dont' cost a terrible amount more than SDR ram and motherboards, so if you can get it, get the DDR.

Very little. Mainly in benchmarks...but who lives by those anyhow? :)

Another thing most DDR boards aren't overclock friendly, thats why I stuck with the kt133a instead. Even though DDR ram is cheap, it's good to save money when you can.
