DDR-SDRAM PC-400 compatible with PC-333 mainboard?

I would like to buy the new 2x 512 MB TwinMos Twister Series DDR-SDRAM which is PC-400 but
I wonder if it will be compatible with my mainboard GigaByte GA-8PE667 ULTRA,
based on the Intel i845PE chipset, since this chipset supports only DDR-SDRAM PC-333.

Your BIOS will detect the RAM and set it up for DDR333 (or whatever is the BIOS default for that mobo). You should be fine.
