DDR Ram Review needed.

I remember reading about a week ago a DDR RAM review in which the Samsung came out on top (even over the Corsair?), anyone have a link, I can't find it now and I think that I saw it at www.warp2search.com, but can't get on the site today or yesterday. May have not been there though...
I also remember that the OCZ Ram wasn't compared because OCZ never sent the reviewer a sample, if that helps pinpoint the article.
