DDR Prices...

seem to be on the rise, big time. The price of PC2100 Kingston 512mb has risen $40 in roughly two weeks. Anyone know the cause for this? I'm guessing that DDR is just getting more popular. Any other opinions, or evidence that the prices will go down soon?
