DDR PC400 (3200) RAM & Asus A7V8X

Anyone have any good reviews on this Ram ? I'd like to know if it's worth it..
some people say's it's good some says this ram aint better then the pc333

What particular brand are you considering? I know of Kingston, Corsair and Kingmax (good) and GEiL/OCSystems/OCZ (mixed reviews with some that seem to indicate bad quality). Crucial hasn't coughed up a PC3200 module yet as far as I know, but if they do, it'll probably be quite good, judging by their overall reputation.
