I was just wondering if someone could shed some light as to what the numbers involved in rating DDR SDRAM latency mean. A link would suffice. Also, does anyone know how much of a difference the settings make? For example, is it worth it to run the memory at 150MHz CAS2 as opposed to 160 CAS2.5 or 170 CAS3?
