DDR latency..huh?

Ok ya'll
I dont know much about the DDR settings yet
I have DDR set to use spd in bios. And in the blurred out section it says
CAS Latency 2.5t
RAS-CAS Delay-4t
RAS precharge-4tDRAM Active-10t


Few questions (as always, arent i a pain?)

1. Are these good settings? maybe why?
2. What kinda trouble am i asking for by going more extreme?
3. How can i monitor the trouble

and

4. I saw somewhere in this forum someone said Corsair XMS 3200's run at 2.7v mine only offered 2.6 and 2.75 I have it set to 2.75 is this going to cause me any trouble?

and went from 13500 - 14150 in 3dmark2001

So i take it lower is better?

But shouldnt i be able to get to 2-2-5?

This is as far as bios let me go
 
different bioses have different ranges of values that you can select, though 8t seems high for the minimum setting.

do you have the latest bios for your mobo?
 
Yes siree. I really want to get to 5t. I've read articles and reviews about this DDR that says it is supposed to run at that.
