The truth is, that all AMD 760 systems (761 NB and VIA SB) perform very much the same. The differences in performance are microscopic and usually blown up by the review in order to show something. Always look at the sacle they use!! Differences of up to 5 % in this and that benchmark are artificially enlarged by using a large scale. That's the usual way. And in addition every board (even the same model) is a bit different.

Benchmarks with this baord might not be reproducable with that one of the same model.
Because you are not interested in overclocking, it comes all down to features and stability, and for this, it's seems to be difficult to get a clear answer regarding the AMD 760, because this
chipset is anyway the most stable one among the DDR solutions. Gigabyte is very big in the OEM business and stability was always number 1 priority for them, if this counts, it might be a good choice.
