I bought this new PC: i5 11400, MB = Z590-A Pro *

* https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z590-A-PRO

The BIOS has been updated to the latest version. Using Windows 11.

And two RAM sticks: Corsair Vengeance, CMK16GX4M2D3000C16
2 x 8 GB

It says here they have 3000 Mhz. DDR-4. My problem is that CPU-Z is telling me all this:

And when I enter the BIOS it shows this warning:

AIDA64 info:

BIOS says 2132 Mhz as well. What exactly needs to be changed/fixed here so I can use these sticks fully? Or is everything OK and they were installed/configured correctly?

The first tab you linked is what they actually run at now.

At least on Asus boards, the first two sticks of RAM is recommended to be put in the A2/B2 slots.

You need to enable the XMP memory profile setting in the BIOS, or manually configure the RAM settings in the BIOS to match the numbers in the far right column of the CPU-Z chart (under XMP-2998).
