DDR 333

I have an MSI Ultra 845 AR. It does not support 333 memory but I know I can still use it. My ? is will I see any improvement over DDR 266 if the 333 is going to be running at 266.

Yes, you can run it slower..you can probably run it at more agressive timings as well

timings? like the latency 2 2 2 instead of 2.5 3 3? How do you over clock ram?

Yes. You can overclock your ram by upping the fsb. However you'll be upping the PCI/AGB bus too.
