Hi there,
I plan to get the Granite Bay motherboard when it is out....
It only needs PC2100 ram...
I was thinking if I would to get PC2700 CL2.5 and run it at PC2100 CL2....
Would it be possible?? <- I guess so.... But
Would my system be Stable...??

Has any one tried Running PC2700 CL2.5 at PC2100 CL2

THe brand of the RAM is Kingston..

I've never seen a case of RAM not going slower in speed. 🙂 (With the exception of the wonky motherboards that don't take PC133 SDRAM, but those are few and far between.)

You'll be just fine. Or you could nab DDR333 CL2 RAM and be prepared for the next Intel chip ... wth is the name again? ... that runs on the 666 frontside.
