People I need your advice fast!!!!

This is why:

I just bought a P4 2.4G 533FSB / 512
My motherboard is an Albatron PX845PE PRO 2 (improved version compared to the one reviewed at Anandtech, SATA, Mirror bios (dual bios but albatron's version of it), voice genie...etc). It's a long story with this board.... I was hoping to find the ASUS P4PE but no such luck and the price has hot 230$...

Anyway the question is __should I buy a Muskin DDR 333 CAS 2 OR Kingston DDR 400 CAS 2.5__

(now i'll have to go for the 256MB 1-stick, and in a month or so i will buy another 512MB 1-stick, and maybe if i will have the money maybe another 256 but that will happend in 3-4 month)

I have to mention that Muskin memory is 20$ more expensive than Kinngston (for the 256mb stick) and I'm not a die hard overclocker... I will overclock it only when i need more power (rendering, encoding).

Can I set the DDR 400 cas2.5 memory as a DDR 300 cas2?

Thank you in advance!
