DDL Problem (devenum.dll)

I've been getting errors involving devenum.dll for a few days now.

MSN Messanger, Windows Media Player, Divx, WinDVD all crash. I tried installing new versions and they never finish and crash/lock up.

I guess I'm going to call Microsoft tomorrow

devenum.dll is the core library file of DirectShow that generates dynamic information about the waveIn, waveOut, and MIDI devices available

You should try downloading and installing the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Sounds like a corrupted file.
