I just recently upgraded from a Voodoo 3 2000, to a Radeon 64mb. I followed BFG's instructions in completely sanitizing my system of all the 3dfx associated files. Now whenever I run Quake 3 or Diablo II, I receive a message DdHelp run time error and sometimes my system crashes and reboots.
I have a K7V Asus with Athlon 750mhz non-oc'd,
PC133 128mb ram (Kingmax tiny's)
Maxtor UDMA 66
