Hi, I just put together a computer system with an ATI radeon 32mb ddr and every time I open up a dvd-playing program, it freezes up and it says "DDHELP.EXE caused an error"
I downloaded the latest version of DirectX 8.0 and the Video Capture Update for DirectX 8.0 as well as the latest driver from ati.com and it still doesn't work.
I tried powerdvd, windvd, and ati multimedia dvd player...they all get the same error
Is there anything else I can do?
