DD TDX 939 to AM3+ Socket

MrRamon

I currently have a DangerDen TDX block for socket 939 and was wondering if there was a way to "retrofit" it onto the AM3+ socket. I finally plan on upgrading here pretty soon and would like to save as much money as possible. I'm sure when there is a will there is a way... I tried google but couldn't find anything, maybe my google foo is weak. Thanks.

Should be possible if you have a mounting plate that supports two screws (Socket 939) in the middle or four screws (Socket AM2 onwards) at the corners.
