So far, with an ambient of 30c, I idle at 45c. Underload it gets about 51c under the same conditions. The install was a bear, because frankly the NV68 is heavy and requires some deft handling to get into place. One guy at overclockers said that it was actually bending his card, though I haven't noticed this myself. It MAY be due to the locking tab on my AGP slot. The NV68 is well made and thought out. Fit and finish are first rate. At most it MAY be a tiny bit more restrictive than something like a Silverprop or a Polarflo universal, but it seems pretty wide open to me. This is compensated for by the fact that it cools the RAM as well. It comes with those slippery high-flow chrome-looking barbs. Unless you're really brave, I suggest screw claps to tack the hose to them.
For me it was a good purchase.
