using XP Home. can't get the computer to see this. very annoying. any ideas? sonys website completely sucks, but i found that i am supposed to use picturegear 4.1. so i downloaded that and it doesn't see the camera. i read the manual and it says make sure it is on memory mode. it is.

what the heck?
