given stall torque, no load speed, no load current, and torque, current, & speed at max efficiency, how do i calculate the torque constant and back-emf constant?

i found two conflicting answers on the web. some say torque constant is Torque/Voltage, others say its Torque/Current. some say back-emf constant is Voltage/RPM, others say its Voltage/radians per second. 😕
