I am aware that they are different decibel weighting systems, but how do they compare? Is there a linear formula that compares dBV/pascal ratings to db ratings at a given power levels?

dB by itself is unweighted...you can't have "X dB of power"

dB is always relating one thing to another, ie 10dBm is 4dB higher than 6dBm

The various weighted schemes all use some reference level, i.e. 0dBm=1mW

dBc is relative to your carrier, so for example if you have a 1dBm carrier and a -5dBm spur, the spur is -6dBc

there are all kinds of others, you just need to know how they are defined

So, in other words, the "dBV/pascal" rating is a more precise way of saying what the more common "db" rating is describing?
