dbPOWERAMP alternative?

I'd say just spend the $14 for the dbPowerAMP mass tagger with legal MP3 support, I used it to convert several hundred CDs from FLAC to MP3 for my portable and it worked great.

That's my choice. Free and the same quality as if you ripped right to mp3 in the first place. As long as you have the LAME mp3 encoder set up right in foobar you can't beat it.
