I built a 4000+ system and that thing is extremely quiet. It spins up (you can hear it audibly) upon bootup, but then backs down to near-silent (maybe < 15dBa?). I'm wondering if a 5200+ could achieve the same amount of silence.
 
On Newegg it looks like the 5200+'s are 65 watt... they should run fairly cool. The stock fan probably won't have too run to fast to keep the temp down. I built a rig a while back for a buddy with a 5200+ or 5400+ 65 watt (I forget which one exactly). It was very, very quiet with the stock cooler, integrated graphics, and an Antec NeoPower powersupply.
