This one always fascinated me for decades starting as a kid.

Now...why it is pretty damning, one fly in the ointment is when the flight attendants were shown a picture of McCoy...they said nope, wasn't him. But you know eye witness testimony type stuff.

Along with that and all that other evidence lost at the FBI office will be hard to prove.
