Dazzle II PCI - Outta Sync Problem..Somehelp...Please

First off htanks for looking.
I have a Dazzle II PCI. I have adjusted the bit rates, video rates, audio rates, different movie formats
and nothing seems to work. The audio is always running 1/2 sec behind video. Just a note Dazzles
tech support is a waste. I emailed them when I first bought the thing (2 1/2 weeks ago) because their
was no serial # included for the DVDit software that came with it. No response and of course no responce
on this question either. Here is my computer setup:

ThunderBird 1.4 (266 FBS)
Maxtor 60 gig ATA 100 5400 RPM (Boot Drive (defragged)
Maxtor 40 Gig ATA 133 7200 RPM (Movie Capture Drive and is running on ATA 133 controller (just formatted)
GeForce 2 GTS Pro 64 Meg
SoundBlaster 5.1 Live

I don't have the audio/video synch problem but I do have a vertical synch problem on the video out. It's not a bad card for my primary purpose; converting analog camcorder images to mpeg2.

Their support is non-existent.
