Anyone play this? It is addictive. I have over 60 hours and I just bought it in feb. That is a lot for me. I like it because it is like the walking dead and how you can't trust people. Pm if you play and are in SoCal for teamup

Thought we had a thread on this, but couldn't find it.

I want to get this game, but isn't it still very incomplete?

It has gotten a lot better. There isn't much to do but explore, find stuff, interact/kill people. I spent 60 hours on it already and had a blast. It was worth it for me.

But there's nothing to really explore right? Because there is no actual story to gather or anything... you only explore to find items... so you can kill people on sight more efficiently :whiste:

I mean you cant even craft a house or fortify a building can you?

You can't yet. It's basically like the tv show. No goals, just survive. Zombies are deadly and c an see u miles away.

Lack of a story line doesn't bother me, I just care about show stopping bugs.

Is the Arma 2 mod better to play or the standalone game?

Nope, not playing it. I will NEVER pay for an Early Access game, and this is still Early Access. $30 to the developer for no actual requirement to finish the game is a terrible deal, IMO.

btw, i still play arma2 dayz on JUST CHIL DAYZ 50+ players, nice weapons and spawn selection.

feel free to drop me a line here if you want to partner up and destroy some folks.

My friends love this game. They get on every night and have the same exact play experience...
They try to find each other. (This can take 10-30 minutes)
They exchange gear. (Someone usually breaks a leg or something)
They run somewhere else.
They fight zombies.
They hear a gunshot and flip out.
They see other people.
They get killed by other people. (Or they get bored and purposefully/accidentally kill each other)

They love it. I love listening, but I cant play it...
